ADA Accessibility

Seating for patrons with wheelchairs/walkers is available on the loge and floor, depending on event setup. For special seating arrangements (aisle transfer seats, etc.), please call the Box Office at (432) 366-3541.

Due to limited space in the aisle and between rows, and in accordance with fire safety regulations, walkers may need to be stored during the event. Please ask an usher for assistance in storing said items while you are in the Coliseum.

AED (Automated External Defibrillator) Locations

An AED machine is located at First Aid, in the south concourse and north concourse. These portable models allow non-medical personnel to respond to a medical emergency where defibrillation is required

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol is sold only to guests 21 years of age and older, with proper identification. There is a two (2) alcoholic drink maximum per purchase per person. The termination of alcohol sales will be determined on an event-by-event basis.

Alcohol and all drinks purchased at Ector County Coliseum must be consumed within the building. All patrons exiting the building must dispose of any unconsumed liquid prior to leaving the premises.  

All guests should consume alcohol responsibly. Any guest who appears intoxicated may be denied entry or ejected. Any person under the age of 21, who is in possession of alcoholic beverages regardless of how they obtained the beverages, is subject to ejection without refund and arrest.

Animals

Animals are not permitted in Ector County Coliseum, with the exception of trained service animals. If you have further questions regarding animals in the venue, please contact us at (432) 366-3541.

ATMs

For your convenience, Ector County Coliseum has one (1) First Basin Credit Union ATM located in the east parking lot.

Baby Changing Stations

Baby changing stations are located in the men’s and women’s restrooms.

Backstage Access

There is no backstage access unless provided by artist management. Passes are usually only provided by artist management or fan clubs to select recipients. Ector County Coliseum personnel cannot provide any artist tour information.

Bag Check

All bags entering Ector County Coliseum will be searched. Bags size is limited to 12in x 12in. Diaper bags will be allowed in the venue, all diaper bags will be searched.

Banners & Signs.

For all events at Ector County Coliseum, the use and size of banners and signs will be at the discretion of the event organizer. Please contact Ector County Coliseum at (432) 366-3541 by 5 PM M – F for specific details.

Booster Seats

Booster seats are allowed to be used at Ector County Coliseum. It is the guests’ responsibility to provide their own booster seat for themselves or their child. Ector County Coliseum does not have booster seats for rent or purchase.

Capacity

The Ector County Coliseum seats up to 7,394 guests. The Ector County Coliseum Barn A banquet style can accommodate up to 500 guests, and the Barns B, C, D, E, and G banquet style can accommodate up to 1,000 guests. Ector County Coliseum’s Horse Arena can sit 1,200 in bleacher seating. The Horse Stall Barn has 208 horse stalls. 

The grounds of The Ector County Coliseum can hold up to 16,000 guests at one time using all facilities.

Box Office

The Ector County Coliseum Box Office is located on the east side of the Ector County Coliseum, facing Andrews Hwy. During normal business hours, the Box Office is open Monday – Friday 8 AM – 12 PM, 1 PM – 5 PM CT. During event days, the Box Office opens at 10 AM CT through show time.

Cancellation and Postponed Events

the following applies to tickets purchased through Ector County Coliseum (Etix/Box Office Solutions)

  • Rescheduled Shows: For events that have been rescheduled, ticket holders will have a 30-day window from the announcement of the new show date. If a customer chooses not to receive a refund, their tickets will be valid for the new date. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.
  • Postponed Shows: For postponed events, ticket holders can request a refund 30 days after the rescheduled date is publicly announced. All Etix ticket buyers will receive an email once the rescheduled date is announced. If customers choose not to receive a refund, their tickets will be valid for the new date. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.
  • Canceled Shows: In the rare chance an event is canceled, ticket holders for that event will automatically receive a refund for their order. This refund could take up to 30 days from the show’s cancellation date. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.

**Please note this is a general policy. Each event will be different, and all Ector County Coliseum (Etix/Box Office Solutions) customers will be notified via email of the policy pertaining to that event. **

**For customers who purchased tickets through a resale platform or distribution partner, the customer will need to seek a refund from the original resale platform or distribution partner.

Cameras/Photos and Recording Devices

Flash photography, cameras with a detachable lens, and video cameras are not permitted during ticketed events. This includes but is not limited to GoPros, tripods, and camera stands of any size or dimension (including selfie-sticks) are also not permitted inside the venue. 

Cell phone use is discouraged and is considered to be distracting to other patrons’ experiences. Taking pictures with cell phones (without flash) is often allowed during an event, based on artists’ preferences. Inquires on photo policy can be made on arrival to the event on the day of the show to clarify the photo policy for that day’s show.

Patrons unable to comply with these policies may be asked to leave the building without a refund or exchange from the building.

*Exception will only be made for working media with approved credentials and prior approval. Please see the “Media Creditial / Photographer Request” for specifics.

Cell Phones

Ector County Coliseum encourages the use of cell phones as a mobile ticket. During performances, please have cell phones silent, dark, and out of sight. Mobile phones are permitted for most events, provided their use does not prevent other guests from enjoying the event. We encourage you to place your phone in vibrate/silent mode upon entry to Ector County Coliseum. Cell phone use as a camera or video device is discouraged as it is distracting to patrons.

Before the start of the show, if you would like to connect to the free wifi, Ector County Coliseum offers public wifi access on the network  “_EctorGuestWiFi_”. No password is required.

Credit Cards

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted at the Box Office and most concession stands. This may vary from the merchandise stand(s) independently operated. (payment options may vary).

Door Time

The doors open approximately one hour before event time. Open times vary per event. Event times will be listed on the Know Before You Go social posts on Facebook .

Drones

For the safety of our guests and visitors, the operation of drones, unmanned aircraft and remote-controlled aircraft on Ector County Coliseum property is strictly prohibited without the advance written consent of management. Violators may be subject to civil and criminal penalties.

Drop-Off and Pick-Up Location

The circle driveway in front of the main entrance / south side (facing Andrews HWY/191) where the statue is of the Ector County Coliseum, is the main drop-off and pick-up location for guests.

Ear Protection

Guests can bring their own ear protection. For events like monster trucks, ear protection is often available for sale at the merchandise/novelty stands on the concourse. 

Emergency Evacuation

In the event of an emergency where evacuation of the building is necessary, you will be informed via public address announcement. Please remain calm and walk towards the nearest exit. Follow posted signs, and staff instructions and listen for announcements for specific information.

In severe weather or other outside threats, you will be directed via public address announcement to remain inside the building, and staff will direct you to where it is safe to seek shelter.

First Aid

For every Ector County Coliseum event, there is an EMT-certified staff on-site. The First Aid station is located in the northeast corner of the Coliseum concourse, next to the administration offices.

Food and Beverage

Guests can enjoy a variety of food options from concessions throughout the building. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (Coca-Cola products) and bottled water are available at the concession stands throughout the concourse. The variety of beverages vary from event to event and will feature domestic and imported beers, and liquor. Please note that peanuts are sold at our facility and stored with peanut-free foods.

Handouts / Flyers / Promotional Sampling and/or Signing

The distribution of promotional items, samples, handbills, flyers, pamphlets, printed materials, as well as the solicitation of signatures, is not permitted on Ector County Coliseum property. Please contact for inquiries.

Lost and Found Items

Found items will be held by staff members on duty during events. Following the events, items may be claimed at the Ector County Coliseum administrative office Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM CT. Please call (432) 366-3541 to inquire about lost and found. Unclaimed items after 30 days are discarded or destroyed.

Lost Children or Companions

Lost children should be escorted to the nearest Ector County Coliseum team member. In the event that you become separated from your child or a member of your party, you will also want to contact the nearest team member or on-duty police personnel for assistance.

Masks

For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, masks that cover a person’s full face/head may not be worn while in attendance at any Ector County Coliseum event. 

COVID–19 Policy

  • Ector County Coliseum encourages face masks that cover your nose and mouth only for those with compromised immune systems. We ask that patrons respect each other’s choices.

Media Creditial / Photographer Request

To inquire about media credentials or a photo pass for a show, please contact The Ector County Coliseum offices at (432) 366-3541 five (5) business days prior to the event or earlier. The Coliseum staff will share your request with the event promoter.

Merchandise

Numerous merchandise or novelty stands may be available throughout the main lobby during events, varying from event to event. The Ector County Coliseum is not responsible for charges or quality of merchandise purchased because the seller is an independent contractor.

Outside Food and Beverage

Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the Ector County Coliseum. However, beverages, including soda, water, wine, beer, and liquor (not available for every performance), can be purchased in the concourse concession areas.

Parking

Ector County Coliseum offers complimentary parking for most events. See event details on website for specific parking information.

Prohibited Items

Ector County Coliseum has a select number of prohibited items that cannot enter the facility. These items include but are not limited to:

  • Air horns
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Bags larger than 12” x 12”
  • Banners or signs larger than 20″ x 28″. See section Banners, signs, and noisemaker for full details
  • Cameras or recording devices, approved and credentialed media excluded
  • Confetti / Streamers
  • Explosive devices including and not limited to fireworks, poppers, cap guns
  • Glass
  • Helium balloons and inflatable balls
  • Illicit/Illegal drugs
  • Knives with blades larger than 3.5″
  • Laser pointers
  • Noisemakers
  • Outside food and beverages
  • Stickers
  • Tripods and camera stands of any size or dimension (including selfie-sticks)
  • Unapproved pamphlets, handouts, ads, stickers, and flyers inside the venue or in parking areas without prior consent from Ector County Coliseum management
  • Weapons and objects that may be used as a weapon (i.e. bats, rocks, etc)
  • Wrapped gifts

Portable Electronics

  • No iPods/tablets
  • No selfie sticks
  • No gimbals 
  • No drones 
  • No portable gaming devices

Restrooms

Restrooms are located on the concourse north and south side of Ector County Coliseum.

Security

Ector County Coliseum staffs both in-house private security and police officers to provide security before, during and after events. Depending on the current Homeland Security National Threat Advisory, Ector County Coliseum will base event security upon that level along with the performer’s security requirements.

Smoking

Ector County Coliseum is a non-smoking, non-tobacco facility, including, but not limited to, cigarettes, vape, chewing tobacco, and dipping tobacco. This includes electronic cigarettes and chewing tobacco. 

Special Seating Accommodations

Seating for patrons who use wheelchairs and walkers is available on the Loge Sections H, J, M, N and floor depending on the event. For special seating arrangements, please call the Box Office at (432) 366-3541.

Strollers and Baby Carriers

Strollers that collapse into seat carriers & smaller umbrella strollers are allowed. Umbrella strollers must be stored under a seat, where room allows, or must be checked in by an usher. Patrons are encouraged to leave their carrier in their vehicles.

Carriers are allowed only if it can be placed in a seat adjacent to a ticket holder if the carrier seat has been purchased.   

Tickets

Tickets for Ector County Coliseum can be purchased online at www.Etix.com, at the venue Box Office, or by calling Etix at 1-800-514-3849. Etix/Box Office Solutions is the only authorized ticket-selling agent of Ector County Coliseum. Ector County Coliseum is not responsible for the authenticity of tickets obtained from any other source. Ector County Coliseum will not honor counterfeit or invalid tickets.  

The general ticket policy is children ages two and under are not required to have a ticket if they are sitting in your lap. Children’s age policy varies on an event-by-event basis.

There are no refunds or exchanges of tickets purchased. If an event is canceled and rescheduled, patrons will receive the new performance information through the email address provided at the point of sale. If a performance is canceled and is not rescheduled, Etix/Box Office Solutions will issue a full refund.

Volunteering and Community Service Hours

Community service hours are Monday – Friday 8 AM – 12 PM, 1 PM – 5 PM. Ector County Coliseum works with many area non-profits. Contact Ector County Coliseum Admin Office  for other volunteer opportunities.
