What we collect and why

We only collect the information you choose to send us through our forms:
– Contact / Booking forms: name, company name, email, phone, type of inquiry, and your message.
– No ticketing data: all ticket purchases are handled by Etix. We do not receive your payment info from Etix.

We use what you submit to respond to your message, schedule tours, process venue-rental inquiries, or provide customer service for the venue. We do not sell your information.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use analytics cookies or tracking technologies on this site.

Email and public records

Because we are a county-owned venue, most communications to us can be public records under the Texas Public Information Act (PIA). That means your email or form submission might be disclosed in response to a lawful request, subject to legal exceptions.

Our site is hosted on third-party servers (AWS) managed by our technology partner. We use reasonable safeguards to protect submitted information.

How long we keep information

As a local government entity, we follow Texas Local Schedule GR for minimum retention. In plain terms:
– Routine inquiries: kept at least 2 years.
– More substantive or contract-related communications: kept 4 years or more.

We may keep records longer if legally required or needed for county business.

Sharing your information

We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing. We may share with county departments, service providers who help us operate the site, or as required by law.
